Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ample Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any harm to our delivery person or damage to our products due to your fault or negligence.

Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Customer Responsibility 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

Terms and Conditions - Refund terms

• Order placed that include a cashback (instant cashback) offer are final and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event that an accessory order is cancelled at the customer’s request, a transaction fee of 4% of the order value will be applied.
• Should a customer request to cancel an order after it has been processed, the refund will be issued after deducting both the cashback (instant cashback) amount and a 4% bank transaction fee.
